Prayer Requests

1. Continued healthy pregnancy for Stacey and baby Joshua
2. For wisdom and grace for Stacey in homeschooling our children
3. For continued spiritual growth of J-town Bible Church, and for new visitors
4. I will be in VA for a few days the week of Sept. 23 for home meetings.  Pray with me that these will be productive and that one more meeting can be scheduled for Monday the 24th.
5. We have shared the ministry with 24 people in 6 home meetings - pray about how God may have them be involved.
6. For new contacts with whom to share the ministry, through such things as home meetings, missions conferences, introductions to missions committees and churches, etc.

Praises

1. We have had some great one time gifts to help sustain us in the work here at JBC. These are a huge encouragement from the Lord!*
2. We have received back 25 postcards from our last newsletter - many have committed to financially supporting us and many others have committed to praying for us.  We are very grateful for those the Lord is raising up to partner with us in this ministry.
3. We praise the Lord for 6 home meetings in TX and OK, representing 24 households.  Many seemed encouraged and excited about our ministry.
4. We are extremely grateful that the Lord has provided a professional web designer to build our website www.grovesupdate.com.  Jim Null and his wife are missionaries that go to our church, and Jim has a web designing business “on the side”. He also designed the church’s website www.jtownbible.org. (Like what you see?  Contact Jim via www.longviewnet.com if you’re interested in having a site built.  Tell him we sent you! J)
